Cape Cod Transformation

The client wanted to expand a small existing kitchen and enhance the connection to the exterior. The two story rear addition included a new dramatic cathedral ceiling kitchen, a screened-in porch with fireplace and new second floor master bedroom suite. The screened-in porch has heated floors and optional glass for screen panels to extend use into colder weather months.
